Bri Semmel is an ICF-certified leadership coach who works with corporate leaders to be proactive & strategic, gain margin, pursue new growth with confidence. Bri also delivers corporate trainings & consulting engagements through her small business, The Semmel Group.

With a 14+ year background in management consulting, Bri has advised executives, led programs & teams, and has also been the people leader for entry level professionals. Prior to that, Bri led youth groups, music ensembles, and softball teams for nearly 9 years.

InnerSpark Development was born out of Bri’s passion to build life skills in teens and college students early. Over-focusing on executive function tends to limit one’s ability to lead others well; over-focusing on emotional health tends to limit one’s ability to lead projects well.

Bri’s focus on early executive function skills with InnerSpark Development is based on a belief driven by Jonathan Haidt’s research in “The Anxious Generation.” One antidote to anxiety in students is practice by giving them small, in-person moments where moment of courage and confidence can be built in a safe place.

In addition to her business and community roles, Bri is a mom of 3, wife to Mike. She enjoys playing piano & singing, playing games with friends, reading (mostly non-fiction), snowboarding, cooking anything from ATK (America’s Test Kitchen), and traveling!
