Meet Gracie Slye…
Gracie Slye is a Resident in Counseling in the state of Virginia and a workshop facilitator with InnerSpark Development. She is passionate about creating spaces where teens and those who support them can build confidence, strengthen emotional health, and develop the executive functioning skills needed to thrive in today’s world.
Drawing from her clinical experience with adolescents, young adults, and families, Gracie blends evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment Theory with a strengths-based, collaborative approach. She believes that growth happens when people feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore who they are—and who they want to become.
Her background in counseling individuals and couples gives her a unique perspective on the challenges teens face and the important role parents, educators, and mentors play in supporting them. Through interactive workshops, Gracie helps participants explore practical strategies for resilience, self-awareness, communication, and healthy relationships.
She is especially passionate about empowering adolescent girls and young women to embrace their worth, navigate challenges with confidence, and move toward a more grounded sense of self.
Outside of her work with InnerSpark Development, Gracie enjoys dancing, hiking, playing sports, traveling, thrifting, and spending time with friends.
