When you attend a workshop or coaching session:

• You agree to allow The Semmel Group to record via audio and/or video, depending on the format of the group. Text and content from these sessions will not be released for public use and marketing in any way unless you give addition, explicit consent.

  • For individual coaching sessions via Zoom, all audio is automatically recorded for purposes of AI summary & transcripts.

  • For group sessions and workshops via Zoom, all audio and video is recorded for purposes of continuously improving the session over time, making recordings available on a limited basis for fellow participants who may have missed a session, and used for AI summary & transcripts. In some cases, quotes from the class may be used in a non-attributable way to support marketing efforts for The Semmel Group.

• Participation for group sessions: Make up sessions are not standard and should not be expected. For any missed sessions, you will have access to the Zoom recording of the session you missed. Exceptions are handled on a one-off basis at the discretion of The Semmel Group. If you have attended at least 1 session of a program you have committed to, you are not entitled to any form of refund for the program.

• You agree to treat any materials received as a result of the workshop as intellectual property of The Semmel Group, which is not to be distributed or copied without express permission from The Semmel Group.
