Leadership Coaching

Standard Executive Coaching Package

This Standard package is for coaching where goals and topics are self-directed by the coaching client. Included in this package:

  • One onboarding session

  • 1:1 Coaching for 6 months, with two 50-minute coaching sessions per month

  • Ongoing email access for spot coaching or review

  • Asynchronous reviews of work products, meetings, or other relevant professional interactions, if warranted by coaching objectives and goals

  • Up to 4 15-minute ‘spot’ coaching sessions monthly, totaling 24 potential sessions

  • Worksheets & templates, as applicable

This package is ideal for leaders who are actively maturing their leadership style and presence; this package does not include any specific organizational priorities as initiated by the Sponsor. Instead, the coaching client works with the coach to identify personal goals for the 6 months of coaching together.

Directed Executive Coaching

This Directed package is for coaching where coaching goals are directed by the Sponsor. This package includes the same features as the “Standard” package above, but is ideal for targeted, directed performance improvement. The Sponsor is to:

  • Provide a reference of documented, formal performance expectations to clarify the “ideal” state.

  • Clarify directly with the coaching client the nature of this coaching relationship is specific to a set of skills and competencies determined by the organization.

  • Discuss coaching goals directly with the coach to confirm shared understanding of the goals of this agreement.

360 Leadership Surveys

Through a partnership with TMA performance (formerly DecisionWise), 360-degree feedback surveys can be administered on behalf of any individual. Surveys include benchmarking results across leadership competencies based on level - for executives, managers, or individual contributors.

While The Semmel Group doesn’t require 360 surveys for leadership coaching, this type of survey feedback can be especially helpful for leaders taking on a new role, team, or level.
